1. Agreement to terms
By accessing frontdeskos.com (or our redirected domains: frontdeskos.ai, frontdeskos.ca), submitting a contact form, or booking a discovery call, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
These Terms apply to website use only. Paying clients are governed by a separate signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) that supersedes these Terms where they conflict.2. Who we are
FrontDeskOS Inc. ("FrontDeskOS", "we", "our") is an Alberta corporation operating from Edmonton, AB, Canada. We provide AI receptionist services for service businesses, primarily med spas in the Edmonton metro area.

Use our brand, logo, or content without permission4. Discovery calls and demos
Discovery calls are free, non-binding consultations. Booking a discovery call does not create a service contract.
Demo calls (where you call a sample AI receptionist) are illustrative. The demo configuration is not what your specific deployment would look like - your deployment is custom-built per our 14-day onboarding process.
We may record discovery calls and demos for training and quality purposes with your consent at the time of the call.5. If you become a client
If you decide to engage FrontDeskOS as a paying client, the relationship is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) we will provide at the proposal stage. Key terms include:Pricing: Three tiers from $897 to $3,497 CAD/month, plus one-time setup fees from $497 to $1,997 CAD. Pricing is set out in our proposals and on our public pricing page.
Term: Month-to-month, no annual lockin. 30 days' notice to terminate.
Setup fee guarantee: 30-day money-back on setup fee if not satisfied.
Service-level commitments: 14-day go-live; 2-hour escalation SLA on critical calls.
Founding 5 charter offer: First five clients receive 30% off Year 1 monthly fees and waived setup, in exchange for a 90-day case study and video testimonial. After five clients, this offer permanently closes.Full terms in the MSA. The MSA controls if it conflicts with these Terms.6. Intellectual property
All content on frontdeskos.com - including text, graphics, logos, images, and code - is owned by FrontDeskOS Inc. or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Your business name, logo, and content (provided when you become a client) remain yours. We do not claim ownership of client data or branding.7. Disclaimers
We provide our website "as is" and "as available." We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant:That the website will be uninterrupted or error-free
That information about call volumes, missed-call rates, or revenue recovery is accurate for your specific business - these are industry estimates and ranges, not promises
That our services will produce specific outcomes (e.g., "you will book X appointments per month")For paying clients, specific service guarantees are set out in the MSA.8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontDeskOS Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. Total liability for any claim related to website use is capped at $100 CAD or the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
For paying clients, liability is governed by the MSA.9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify FrontDeskOS Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through your use of our website.10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.11. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted at frontdeskos.com/terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.12. Contact
